I always have the best experience at this location! But today my experience was amazing! The girl that was working knew what she was talking about and she showed me different lotions to help boost my color. I’m definitely buying from her on pay day!! She had me do the highest level today and my results were amazing!!! I forgot to get her name but shes definitely amazing at customer service!

Brianna was super knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I had. She was also respectful of my tanning budget. We found the perfect products to add to my current collection! Her service was effortless as she multi tasked assisting me and other clients, as I was new to Palm Beach Tan. Please give her a raise, she deserves it!!

We went during rush hour on a Sunday so we had to wait a lot. It was my first time and registration took forever. I don't understand why it would take so long to sign up for tanning but whatever. Corporate needs to speed us the process on registration, it's ridiculous. It's just tanning people not buying a new car or house. The poor manager was working her tail off because she had no helpers. Just her doing everything, checking people in, cleaning rooms and beds, registrations and everything else. It seems like they might need more red lights and spray machines. They do have really nice facilities, beds, and spray equipment once you get to use them. I got great results after one time and can't wait to go back. I will be tan for the summer, woohooo.

I really enjoy PBT, the salon is always clean & the services they offer are great. The customer service I've received is outstanding. Bella is hands down, THE BEST. She is the perfect combination of professional & informative & always so friendly & welcoming. It's always nice to see her & I know she'll be able to recommend exactly what I need and it will be perfect.
